Yes, we *do* care about broken gzip files. Currently, if you try to read a
broken gzip file, Wireshark and TShark will process all packets that it can
read, and stop when the first read fails, reporting an error. Once those
packets have been read into Wireshark, the user can still click on them and see
them. We should preserve that behavior.
