Today I moved Wireshark development to a new Windows7 64-bit machine.
After following all the steps in WSDG chapter 2.2 the first build using "nmake
-f makefile.nmake all" on the new machine failed. Below is an excerpt of the
console output:

konnte nicht gefunden werden.

Buildchain complains about missing program: lynx
So, I guess that lynx is required and not automatically installed by Cygwins
setup.
The attached patch adds lynx to the verify_tools target and also places a note
to the WSDG that it need to be installed prior to build wireshark.
