when dissecting inap with extensions the field extensions/ExtensionField/value
should be shown as octet string.
in ws v 1.2.15 & v 1.3.6 it worked that way.
with version 1.4.0. this does not work as before.
something was change in dissect_ber_constrained_octet_string.
i have added trace results of version 1.2.15 & version 1.4.0 & the source
trace.
used paremetrs for k12xx protocol:
k12 / mtp2
k15 / mtp2
