patch to cleanup image dissectors and tweak HTTP dissector

This patch changes the image dissectors for GIF, JFIF, PNG to new style
dissectors. It further cleans up some old cruft in the image dissectors.

It also adds a new preference to the HTTP dissector. When enabled the heuristic
subdissectors are called if the primary subdissector fails.
