For Unconfirmed-REQ Who-Is PDUs the device instance low limit and high limit
values are properly decoded in the info column of the packet list, but not in
the packet details window. In the packet list #232A is decoded as 9002, but in
the packet details #232A is treated a little-endian and decoded as 10787.
