Add a pragma for unused variables in gtk/drag_and_drop.c so it'll compile with
XCode 4

Running on Mac OS 10.6.6 (Darwin 10.6.0), with libpcap version 1.0.0, with libz
1.2.3, GnuTLS 2.10.4, Gcrypt 1.4.6.
Built using gcc 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5666) (dot 3).
