Heuristic dissectors won't work with plugins. As by the time the dissector
registers itself as being heuristic (and the dissector being part of
libwireshark) the plugin is not loaded yet, therefore resulting in a crash, as
the heuristic tag can not be found.
Not really a bug, more of an inconvenient behaviour
