I'm not familiar with these protocols, but if I look at frame 20 (with the
current SVN-r36136) I see a reassembled COTP packet of 8708 bytes and the data
looks (to me) to be well formed and well dissected.

Frames 16-19 all have partial TPKT packets which appear to be properly
reassembled.

Has this (long) since been fixed?  If not, can you better explain exactly what
is wrong?
