Dear all,

now that I got an official DLT value for DVB-CI (thanks Guy), I finished the
dissector.

The attached patch uses the official DLT value and the pcap format as defined
in http://www.kaiser.cx/pcap-dvbci.html. The code was fuzz-tested. The
formating and coding style should be in line your requirements.
In other words: I hope the dissector is now ready for merging.

I'll also attach an updated sample capture.
