Maybe for clarification, I work for B&R, the company, which invented Ethernet
Powerlink and wrote the specifications for both versions. Therefore I have
enough material here, to make the change. 

What I will do here is the following. As Powerlink is a similair protocol as
SercosIII and Profinet, both of which are implemented as plugins, I will remove
both dissectors from the "normal" dissectors, and move them into a plugin. 

Most users will never use this plugin anyway, and those that do, won't care.

Also it will free up space in the main library.

Expect the patch beginning of next week.
