Yes this is a Wireshark bug. The SDP dissector sets up so called RTP
'conversations' with the parameters from the SDP message. The RTP dissector
uses these 'conversations' to performs its dissection. The SDP dissector works
based on the Offer i.s.o. the Answer, which contains the agreed codec and
parameters. Therefore the 'conversation' is not always assigned the correct
codec and parameters.
