accentuated letters not displayed correctly

Dear Wireshark development team,
I have found something that looks like a minor cosmetic issue (id dosn't affect
the features)
The network card (Connexion réseau Intel ...) is not displayed correctly in the
«capture interfaces» window, and in the start window of wireshark too.
