I have tested it, and I think it works fine:
GTPv0, GTPv1 and GTP' packets are correct decoded, only the version-field for
GTP' should be displayed like this:

Version
The first header field in a GTP' packet is the 3-bit version field. For GTP'
v2, this has a value of 2 (hence the name GTP' v2).
