Here you go.

Although this feature-request is like, frome the stone-age, it isn't fixed in
Wireshark 1.2.9. So.. Here's your test-case/tracefile :) Hope you meant
something like this.

It's a simpel telnet-action to Google's webserver for a simple HTTP/1.0
GET-request (trying to get /foo.bar with some accents on the three vowels in
UTF-8).
