proposed patch for packet-6lowpan.c
The attached patch file fixes the wrong order and three additional problems
with the dissection of the mesh header:
- support for the Deep Hops Left field (RFC 4944 §5.2)
- inverse interpretation of V flag (RFC 4944 §5.2)
- inverse interpretation of F flag (RFC 4944 §5.2)
