Diff of packet-ipv6.c to better dissect Traffic Class field
Build Information:
Compiled with GTK+ 2.18.8, (64-bit) with GLib 2.22.5, with libpcap 1.0.0, with
libz 1.2.5, without POSIX capabilities, without libpcre, without SMI, without
c-ares, without ADNS, without Lua, without GnuTLS, without Gcrypt, with MIT
Kerberos, without GeoIP, without PortAudio, without AirPcap.
Running on Darwin 10.4.0 (MacOS 10.6.4), with libpcap version 1.0.0.
Built using gcc 4.2.1 (Apple Inc. build 5659).

This patch updates packet-ipv6.c to better dissect the Traffic Class field of
IPv6 packet headers. It's essentially a port of the code from packet-ip.c that
dissects the DSCP field for IPv4 packet headers.
