I've checked into the trunk (rev 33576) and 1.4 branch (rev 33577) a fix that
makes the time delta value in the frame header signed. It should be in the
1.4.0 release.
Note: I did that for both the 1.x and 2.x NetMon format; is the delta signed in
1.x, or just 2.x?
