I have checked in 1.2.7 and 1.3.4 as well.
I also checked the code on 1.4 trunk. It doesnt have the support
for the TLVs mentioned in the bug report.
I am new to the development of Wireshark.
I think in our co, we are using derived code base for some reason.
And now I have to give a fix over the same code base!
Since the capability for the TLVs didnt exist, I thought it would be better
to create a bug report and submit the code changes to Wireshark to include
in its newer builds.
