Running on Linux 2.6.32-44.el6.x86_64, with libpcap version 1.0.0, GnuTLS
2.8.5,
Gcrypt 1.4.5.

Built using gcc 4.4.4 20100624 (Red Hat 4.4.4-9).

dftest and randpkt are installed during make install, but they are not
documented in any man page.

You can find a proposal attached. It's more or less compilation of information
found elsewhere. Please review carefully and feel free to rephrase anything, I
am not a native English writer.
