Updated patch that includes MIN/MAX SRT rounding

Patch increases SRT precision from 5 to 6 places in tshark's SMB, DCERPC,
ONC-RPC, and ONC-RPC Programs SRT tables and rounds the min/max/avg SRTs to the
nearest 1us.
