One more thing. When I test these changes against some of my much larger NFSv4
captures (which unfortunately I can't share), including ones with hundreds of
thousands of requests/replies, I see about a 10-20% performance hit, and 15%
increase in memory utilization -- but only if filename snooping is turned on.
This is roughly the same as I see with NFSv3, so I don't think this is anything
new.
