I've analyzed the same capture file with the Wireshark release 1.4.0rc1 (SVN
Rev 33190 from /trunk-1.4). Though the result is much better, the problem is
not fully solved. More specifically there is still a problem in a scenario with
lost packets. In the capture file you can see it from frame #174 onwards. 

Attached you'll find an updated version of the derived text file with the
columns "1.2.9 In Flight", "Should be" and "1.4.0rc1 In Flight".
