As of SVN #33401 enabling/disabling MAC Name Resolution and then clicking
"reload" (or "resolve name") will show resolved/unresolved MAC addresses as
appropriate.

IOW: stopping and then restarting Wireshark is not required for a MAC NAME
Resolution change to "show" in the display.

The code now produces the same results as Wireshark 1.2
That is: SVN 33401 fixes a reversion introduced in development in Wireshark
1.3....

I'm not queuing this change for the upcoming 1.4.0 release since the updated
code should be used a bit to make sure I haven't broken anything.

I expect that this fix will be included the 1.4.1 release.

I'm closing this bug as fixed since the problem described has been fixed and
the behavior is now the same as Wireshark 1.2. :)

That being said: it would probably be nice if the packet summary and packet
details display panes were directly updated when MAC Name Resolution is
enabled/disabled. I'm looking at doing this as an enhancement.
