You show using version 1.1.2 (meta data adjusted accordingly).
Why this old development version? A newer stable release is already available,
including a newer WinPcap.
Please try that first. If it still fails, contact the WinPcap developers via
their mailing list, see http://www.winpcap.org/contact.htm
