Fix assertion in AIM SNAC(13,1a) dissector

Running on Linux 2.6.28-gentoo-r1, with libpcap version 1.0.0, GnuTLS 2.6.3,
Gcrypt 1.4.4.
Built using gcc 4.3.3.

Decoding SNAC(13,1a) leads to DISSECTOR_ASSERT_NOT_REACHED in proto.c:1006
because of invalid call to proto_tree_add_item() in
dissect_aim_snac_ssi_auth_reply() (@ packet-aim-ssi.c).
Attached patch will with the problem.
