A number of plugin dissectors were recently converted to regular dissectors.
I suspect the error is due to the fact that the old dissector plugins are still
in the plugins run-time directory.
If this is the problem, it can be fixed by deleting the plugins directory and
then doing a build.
On Windows: Delete the directory ...\wire-shark-gtk2\plugins\1.1.3\
