I tested with several M2TP over UDP streams generated by Tandberg encoders with
no problems.  I applied the patches to trunk and compiled under Fedora 10/i386. 

- Used editcap to generate 1% data corruption
- Tested one RTP / M2TP data stream 
- Tested two concurrent multicast streams with the same Video PID value.  Each
stream had its CC properly checked for lost frames.  

These patches would be very helpful so please consider committing.
