This looks like an issue that has already been fixed, see bug 2376. To verify
this, I opened the attached capture file with Wireshark Version
1.0.99-SVN-26006 (SVN Rev 26006) and did not see any packets being interpreted
as RedbackLI (even though RedbackLI was enabled).
I'm marking this bug as a duplicate and will close it. Please wait for the next
release, use an automated build or disable RedbackLI as a work-around...
