Well this is it (wireshark bugs). I just wanted to point out that this is
not a bug in the implementation.

I would have to look it up but a quick look at
http://www.iana.org/assignments/aaa-parameters/aaa-parameters.xhtml
seems to imply that some of the command codes are first defined in the Base
RFC. This is the problem each "application" reuses stuff from other
"applications" and the (wireshark .xml)files are not meant to be used "stand
alone". Do you have problems decoding some AVP missing from the files?
