trace for seq/ack analysis problem

Wireshark is reporting the RTT to ACK segments incorrectly.

In the attached trace it reports a RTT of 2.6 seconds but this segment was
already ACK'd in packet 460.  It is not paying attention to the previous ACK of
the segement.
