[Edit] -> [Preferences] -> [Protocols] -> [SNMP] -> click on [Edit] for the
User Tables.

Create a number of entries (at least 10).

Close Wireshark, re-open it and now edit that table to add another 3 entries as
well as modify the first or second entry.

After a certain number of entries, it won't record any more, nor will it allow
you to edit the information which was previously entered and stored.

Recreatable every time.

Workaround is to manually edit the file... not really recommended, but it does
the job when Wireshark stop doing it's job properly.
