As I can replace at least two of my desired columns with the custom column
function, I will close this bug for now.
For the two remaining columns, I wonder if it is possible to set a header field
of a lower protocol from a higher-level dissector? If I could do this somehow I
had the other two columns handled as well. 
If this is not possible at all, I might open a new bug. ;-) (Yes, I know by now
that this will cause some trouble, so I'll try to avoid this)
