Wireshark relies on WinPcap for capturing on Windows so this is likely a
WinPcap problem.

To confirm, please get WinDump from:

http://www.winpcap.org/windump/

and then run "windump -D". If your NIC is NOT visible in the output then it's a
WinPcap problem so you should:

1) close this bug
2) report it to the WinPcap developers via http://www.winpcap.org/bugs.htm

(else, if windump does show it then it probably really is a Wireshark problem)
