OK: The fix *is* OK on Windows.
(I had an environment issue wherein some test code was included in my build).
Gerald: I've attached a patch which can be applied to the gtk/toolbar.c in the
trunk-0.99.7/ branch to apply just this fix.
(Copying over the latest gtk/toolbar.c with the fix from trunk/ unfortunately
would have the side-effect of bringing in other stuff which is not part of
0.99.7).
(I'll leave this as open until the patch has been applied and tested with
0.99.7 branch).
