There *is* an entry in dictionary.xml for Cause-Code (861) and in the static
entries in packet-diameter-defs.h. Which are you using?
The dictionary.xml entry will only match if the vendor ID is 3GPP.
I checked in some diagnostic prints yesterday that may help - if you uncheck
the protocol preference 'Suppress console output for unknown AVPs, Flags, etc',
you may see a message explaining why the match failed.
