The !tcp filter will work as long as the TCP dissector is able to get far
enough in to register it as TCP (when you see the line in the middle area that
says Transmission Control Protocol).  The reason some of your packets said
Malformed: TCP is because the TCP dissector tries to retrieve data from the TCP
portion before it finishes registering itself as TCP.
