That might be due to "Default" rather than "default"

I've checked in changes to the user's and developer's guide to update 
refeerences to the WinPcap Web site so that they refer to the 
winpcap.org site.  I don't know whether that'll automatically regenerate 
the versions of the guides on the Wiki site or not.
