Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] ethereal on windows xp

I am trying to capture packets on windows xp(with Service Pack 2) by using ethereal in promiscuous mode ....i am using CISCO 350 wireless card...but ethereal is not capturing anything...please help me ASAP
