Wireshark · Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] Befuddled

I installed and used Etherial on a Dell Latitude C840 easily and without 
incedent.  In fact, the functionality and usablity were incredible with 
little to no difficulty.  I've tried the same on a Dell Latitude D800 
with different results.  I've tried most all combinations of the last 
three versions of Etherial with the last three versions of WinPCap 
including the latest beta.  I've tried capture sessions on all listed 
interfaces, although I'm pretty sure the wireless card is the one I 
want.  Each time, Etherial reports no packets captured.  None.  It's as 
if I'm choosing the wrong interface to monitor, but I've tried them 
all.  I'm running Windows XP SP2, firewall engaged (not by choice, it's 
part of the group policy for my domain).  I don't even know where to 
start debugging this.  Any pointers?
