Title: Bug on GTP-C

Hi all

I found an Ethereal bug for GTP-C protocol used for GSM / UMTS mobile phone system.

Basically, Authentication Quintet information element described in 3GPP 29.060 paragraph 7.7.35 is not correctly decoded. Ethereal assumes XRES length is coded on two octets whereas it should be coded on one octet only.

Would you please tell me if there is a bug report form I should fill in ?
