Wireshark · Ethereal-users: [Ethereal-users] Is there a recommended version of ethereal for windows 2000?

I'm running Ethereal 0.9.7 on windows 2000 advanced server(fully patched, 
and new o/s install)
When  I start Ethereal I can ping anything on the net but my IE6 browser 
won't refresh until I stop ethereal and down and up my ethernet interface. 
Has anyone else seen this?
