Either
1) stop using Windows XP, and go back to Windows 95, 98, ME, NT
4.0, or NT 5.0^H^H^H^H^H^H2000
or
2) install WinPcap 2.3 beta *and if you have any problems,
report them to winpcap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx first* (it's a
beta, which means problems should be reported to the
developers - the Ethereal development group are *NOT* the
developers of WinPcap).
