There are some changes I've made that should be mapped into the new release:

- fixes to various memory issues in dtd import code (16145 16147 16153 16154)

- a fix to ep_strdup() and se_strdup() in  which makes them not to use
strlen so that they do not require a '\0' terminated string in the
buffer they are duping, known to cause problems in packet-http.c
(16144)

- update of IANA's enterprise_numbers file (16143)
