Well, according to

	http://www.freebsd.org/ports/net.html

it's "ethereal-0.9.13", and the URL for the "Package" link is

ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-stable/All/ ethereal-0.9.13.tgz

which I think you can pass to "pkg_add" (or "pkg_add -r ethereal-0.9.13" might be sufficient, although I've been surprised by pkg_add in the past).
