Hello all,

linking of actual ethereal cvs-tree doesn't work. The function
delete_giop_user_module() is missing.
This function is declared in packet-giop.h, but there is no implementation
in packet-giop.c .
It was recently added to the plugin_api and it isn't used anywhere else.
