Thank you very much
I checked and GLIB_DIR was �where you mentioned , but it didnt work so I
define another variable 
which point to G:\ethereal\ethereal-win32-libs\glib_dir\include\glib-2.0
and use that instead of GLIB_DIR , i pass that problem but i encourage another
one
but i comment some lines of 
G:\ethereal\ethereal\plugins\Makefile.nmake
I comment �following lines

#Xplugin_api.c: xyzzy plugin_gen.py plugin_api.c
#��� $(PYTHON) plugin_gen.py xyzzy

#xyzzy: plugin_api_list.c
#��� gcc -aux-info xyzzy -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I$(GLIB_DIRI) -I.. -c plugin_api_list.c

everything goes ok ďż˝, but another problem happend here is the err:
