Wireshark · Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] dumpcap not working

Im trying to use dumpcap but its not working right.  It just creates an empty file.  what am i doing wrong ?  I am running wireshark 1.0.4 on xp pro with 2 gig ram on an intel dual core 2 ghz processor.
