The new .ui file is not getting built automatically for me for some
reason. If I build it manually by specifying ui_uat_dialog.h as the
make target then everything works, but otherwise building fails. I've
checked all the usual places in the Makefiles though, and it seems to
be present, so I'm not sure what's going on...
