Wireshark · Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] how to fix Wiki login problem

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but the "right" place to ask is not obvious to me.  I've done a number of edits on the Wireshark wiki (most recently in October) and intended to do a few more today, but found that my account won't work any longer and the various password recovery options do not appear to be working for me either.  

Any ideas as to how to address this problem?
