Well, I definitely got a different result this time:

dumpcap.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000".  The memory could not be "read".

Click OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

	OK	Cancel

I'm trying to narrow down the problem in the debugger but having trouble finding a good place for a break point so far ...
